Joseph Sano sits on two panels for the seminar, “E-Discovery: An A to Z Workshop”

The two day seminar is hosted by West Legalworks in cooperation with Kroll Ontrack Inc., on June 3-4, 2008.  The first program Joe is participating in is the First Steps on the Path to Production, which will cover planning and preservation priorities, how to identify the sources of electronically stored information and what you can do to cut costs.  The second panel Joe will sit on is called Meet and Confer, a group exercise to flag the preparation and participation required for an effective e-discovery conference with the other side.
