Paige Scott Reed and Robert Bertsche quoted in article in The Enterprise

In the article entitled “Brockton denies complete cell phone records”, Bertsche disagrees with City Solicitor James D’Ambrose, who says the public doesn’t need to see the records of who the city employees are talking to.
