Jeff Newman quoted in article concerning the importance of a reporter shield law in Massachusetts

The article is entitled, “Reporter privilege questioned – Michelle McPhee receives summons in Entwistle case.”  Jeff is quoted regarding how Massachusetts is one of the few states that does not have a reporter shield law, and how that could effect the Entwistle case.
