Site Acquisition Services
From the development of new sites and networks to the expansion or upgrades of existing sites, Prince Lobel Telecom has the experience to help you meet your goals. We work with you to accurately forecast milestones and to meet or exceed those goals.
Our project managers have been involved with the successful identification, leasing, and permitting of thousands of sites in all types of environments. This experience gives us the knowledge to identify potential impediments and the creativity to design solutions.
Site Identification
The foundation for success starts here. Just finding any site is not enough. You need a company that knows local permitting requirements and has the experience to find the right site. Prince Lobel Telecom works diligently to identify sites that closely meet your design criteria and that can be acquired and successfully permitted within the prescribed time parameters.
Site Acquisition/Leasing
Once the right site is identified, Prince Lobel Telecom has the right real estate team in place to negotiate the rights to the property. Prince Lobel Telecom works to understand your requirements, and, in conjunction with the lawyers at Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye LLP, has the experience and creativity to negotiate the appropriate lease terms.
Permitting/Zoning
Knowledge and understanding are key components to successfully shepherding a site through the zoning and permitting process. We manage all aspects of the zoning and permitting process. It starts by performing a thorough zoning analysis during site identification. From there, we work with you every step of the way to develop a comprehensive plan to get through the process quickly and to maximize the opportunity for success. Working closely with the lawyers of Prince Lobel, we have obtained permits in most jurisdictions in New England.
Construction Management
Our construction management team can handle all aspects of the construction process to get your site on-air, on time, and within budget from start to finish. We have experience with all types of installations for a variety of wireless telecommunications providers. Whether it is an installation on a building, within a steeple, a co-location on a tower or water tank, or a new tower site, we can help.
From initial design, qualifying subcontractors, and bid walks to coordinating utilities, ordering and monitoring construction materials, and on-site construction management, our construction managers can handle the details.

Our Team
Carl Aquilina, Site Acquisition Specialist
Carl gained his wireless experience at American Tower Corporation, where he was a site development project manager and managed a team of collocation specialists, and at FM Technologies as a site acquisition and project manager. Recently, Carl retired after 20 years of service from the Massachusetts Army National Guard, where he commanded a 59 soldier communications company. Carl graduated from the University at
Buffalo, with a degree in Psychology and Health and Human Services, and continues to pursue his Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification and Six Sigma belts.
Scott Barnes, Construction Manager
Scott has managed a variety of constructions projects since 1981, when he began as a site supervisor for a Boston-based general contractor. Since the original AT&T PCS build out of 1995-96, he has worked exclusively in the wireless construction industry. Scott studied at

University,

University and
Boston

Center.
Adam Braillard, Project Manager
Adam currently manages a wireless telecommunications turn key project consisting of approximately 150 new network development sites located in
Suffolk, Essex and
Middlesex
Counties in
Massachusetts,
Maine and
New Hampshire. Prior to joining Prince Lobel Telecom, Adam worked in both
Massachusetts and
Pennsylvania, consulting various communications providers in connection with site acquisitions and municipal permitting of hundreds of wireless installations. In addition, he has negotiated numerous land, antenna facility and tower leases. Adam holds a juris doctorate from New England School of Law. He has been in the telecommunications industry for more than 8 years, and provides specific knowledge of the disciplines required to develop telecommunications sites and a universal understanding of the industry as a whole.
Jerry Bruno, Construction Manager
A
Massachusetts licensed construction supervisor, Jerry has more than 12 years of experience as a construction manager, architectural engineer, project manager and site designer in the telecommunications, real estate, civil engineering and architecture industries. Jerry graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with high honors, earning an AEC, Bachelors of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology.
Anne Crisman, Site Acquisition Specialist
Before joining the telecommunications industry, Anne spent more than 8 years in the real estate industry, as a mortgage processing manager and as a licensed real estate agent. Her real estate background assists her in her role as a site acquisition specialist. Anne is a graduate of
Salve
Regina
University, with a B.A. in Administration of Justice.
Rachel Goldberg, Collocation Specialist
Rachel has worked with Prince Lobel for over a year in various legal roles before joining Prince Lobel Telecom. A graduate of
Skidmore
College in 2007 with a B.A. in English, she is currently pursuing a law degree at
Suffolk
University
Law
School.
Kevin Grimes, Project Manager
Kevin has more than 30 years of diverse experience in engineering and project management, and 12 years experience of regional management of wireless PCS deployment. A licensed broker, Kevin's in-depth knowledge of real estate negotiation, acquisition, sales and development, coupled with his procedural optimization and cost reduction focused systems process, allows him to assist clients achieve their goals on time and on budget. Kevin holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from
Tufts
University.
Jennifer Lewis, Project Manager
Jennifer currently manages a wireless telecommunications turn key development project of more than 200 new development sites in Southeastern Massachusetts and
Rhode Island. Jennifer has negotiated hundreds of antenna facility and tower leases, and has represented wireless communications companies on municipal permitting matters throughout
Massachusetts. Jennifer holds a juris doctorate from
Suffolk

School.
Chelsea MacDonald, Right of Way Specialist
Chelsea joined the company in early 2008, and is currently completing a Business and Public Relations degree at

Trevor Singleton, Business Manager
Prior to joining Prince Lobel Telecom, Trevor spent 10 years in various customer service, training, and billing positions at John Hancock. Most recently, Trevor utilized his leadership and management skills as the Billing Supervisor for 18-22 operational representatives in the Long Term Care Policyholder Services. Initially focusing on the billing side, Trevor's responsibility grew to include the entire scope of the department which ranged from client address changes and third party additions, to benefit updates and claim waiver processing. Trevor is a graduate of the Master's degree program of Management at
Cambridge
College, with a concentration in Leadership in Organizational and Human Dynamics.
Toby Slagle, Construction Manager
Toby has a diverse background including five-plus years of construction management experience, and more than 10 years of overall wireless dedication and experience. Toby entered the wireless industry in 1998, in a position with Diversified Wireless Technologies in
Braintree,
MA. Since that time, Toby has built cell sites for the carriers in
New England, microwave links, in-building networks, and municipal radio links for the state and municipal jurisdictions. He was a Field Engineer for the Big Dig, responsible for the municipal radio system that enables fire trucks, police cars, and
EMS vehicles to transmit and receive signals when inside the tunnel system. Toby is a graduate of
Clark
University, where he studied Network Engineering and Microsoft Networks.
