Gregory A. Pastore is of counsel to Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye’s Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups.
A veteran of the hospitality industry, Greg was most recently Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Friendly Ice Cream Corporation. He was responsible for all legal, employee relations and security matters for the publicly traded restaurant, manufacturing, retail and distribution company. He guided the company’s Board and Management through a turbulent period marked by hostile shareholder activity, and was instrumental in negotiating the sale of Friendly’s in 2007.
Before joining Friendly’s, Greg was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Bertucci’s Corporation. He headed the Development and Legal Departments for the $275 million, 9,500 employee company. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, Greg began his career with Tillinghast Collins & Graham, and Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate development and related financing.
