Donna M. White is a partner in Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye's Estate Planning and Probate Practice Group. Previously an attorney with Donovan Hatem LLP and Bingham McCutchen LLP, Donna specializes her practice in the areas of probate and trust administration and estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, with particular emphasis on leveraged gifting techniques and other wealth transfer tax planning strategies involving trusts and limited liability companies. Donna’s practice also includes asset protection planning, including the use of domestic and offshore asset protection trusts; and drafting and advising clients on prenuptial agreements.
Donna is a frequent lecturer on estate planning matters at seminars for the Boston Bar Association and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. She is chair of the Women’s Initiative Committee of the Boston Estate Planning Council.
