Elizabeth Duffy is an associate and a member of the Litigation and Employment Law Practice Groups. Elizabeth appears regularly before state and federal courts and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. She has appeared before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and is admitted in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Elizabeth’s pro bono activities include the representation of asylum applicants before the Immigration Court and appellate advocacy in child welfare cases. Elizabeth has also served as a volunteer for the BBA's M. Ellen Carpenter Financial Literacy Program and Law Day in the Schools Program.
Elizabeth graduated from Northeastern University School of Law. During law school, she was a judicial intern for the Hon. Mark L. Wolf in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She joined Prince Lobel from Bingham McCutchen, where her practice focused primarily on commercial finance transactions.
