Ricardo M. Sousa devotes his practice to the representation of national telecommunications companies in the development of wireless telecommunications networks. Over the past 10 years, Rick has represented various communications providers in connection with the permitting of hundreds of wireless installations. In addition, he has negotiated antenna facility leases, tower leases and switch facility leases. Rick has also represented tower development companies in various bulk sale transactions, involving the purchase and sale of telecommunications facilities throughout the country.

Rick's transactional practice includes the representation of national, regional and local companies in various business transactions, including commercial real estate transactions, private equity, company formation and financing. 

Rick has substantial real estate experience, having represented both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters and representing developers in connection with commercial development projects. In addition, Rick has represented businesses in various corporate and financing transactions, including private equity transactions, private placements and mergers and acquisitions.

He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
