Adam F. Braillard is an associate in Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye’s Real Estate and Telecommunications Practice Groups. He devotes his practice to telecommunications, business and real estate matters. Adam represents wireless carriers in all aspects of their network development activities. He also represents property owners and businesses in connection with real estate leasing, permitting and acquisition matters.
Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Adam worked in both Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, consulting various communications providers in connection with site acquisitions and municipal permitting of hundreds of wireless installations. In addition, he has negotiated numerous land, antenna facility and tower leases.
