Joshua A. Lewin is an associate in Prince, Lobel, Glovsky & Tye’s Litigation and Employment Law Practice Groups. His practice focuses on all phases of civil litigation, including coordinating litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial work. Josh regularly appears in both state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies and represents clients in diverse matters ranging from personal injury claims to complex business disputes and state professional licensing matters.  

Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Josh was a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. In that capacity he assisted the Justices in drafting decisions in complex civil and criminal cases and in all phases of criminal and civil litigation. Josh graduated Boston College with recognition as a “Scholar of the College,” and in law school, he was an article editor for the Environmental Affairs Law Review. During the summer of 2002, he was a summer associate at Prince Lobel, and continued working at the firm throughout his third year of law school. Josh also serves as a “Big Brother” for Big Brothers of Massachusetts Bay and was selected as a finalist for Big Brother of the Year in 2006. 

In 2007, Boston magazine recognized Josh as a Massachusetts “Rising Star.”
